#1 Detox Your Home- We will talk about why this is such an important aspect to start with and that it is easier than you may think with just a few simple demonstrations.
# 2 Detox Your Body- We will learn how your physical body needs attention so that is at its' operating optimally. The goal is to give the body the support it needs to be its' best no matter what it is exposed to.
# 3 Detox Your Emotions- We will guide you through a step-by-step process on how you can work through emotions that are surfacing and why they may be appearing in the manner that they are.
